A guided walk on the historic West Coast of Mull to explore cleared villages, the incredible landscape, caves and more. On this walk, we will visit Crackaig and Glac Gugairidh, that were left centuries ago, all while taking in the beautiful scenery of the island.

There will be two options for this walk; people can come for the first section only (4km in total) to visit the ruins of Glac Gugairidh, or people can join for a longer walk around the coast (10km). The short walk will take just over an hour. The terrain can be a bit boggy, but should be accessible for most. If you are concerned about your mobility, please let us know.

You do not need to speak Gaelic to come on this tour, but Gaelic will be spoken on the tour. If you have child under 8 who you would like to bring, please get in touch.

• Please make sure that you are prepared for a full day out with the appropriate clothing and plenty food/drink for the day. We recommend wearing walking shoes or boots. There will be an opportunity for breaks on the walk.

• You will need to fill out a consent form before the event to inform us of any medical information.

• Please note that the above plans may change due to changes in the ferry routes or due to weather conditions. In the event that the walk cannot go ahead on this day due to these reasons, a full refund will be given and you will be offered the opportunity to come at another time.
